Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges No. 38/2001/PL-UBTVQH10 dated August 28, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Policy Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Correction the fee for DNA testing for cattle or sheep, as stipulated in Point 13, Section I, Appendix 3 - Veterinary Diagnostic Fees, issued together with Circular No. 04/2012/TT-BTC dated January 5, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance, regulating the collection, payment, management, and use of fees and charges in veterinary work, is amended as follows:
