PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City (Proposal No. 13/TTr-UBND dated March 12, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 370/TTr-BTĐKT dated April 3, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to nine collectives that have excellently completed all tasks and led the patriotic competition movement in Hanoi City in 2007.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the collectives named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
