DECISION
Regarding the Granting of Vietnamese Citizenship

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 1565/CP-PC dated December 3, 2002,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Grant Vietnamese citizenship to:
1. Shabbir Ali, citizen of Pakistan, currently residing in Vietnam. His Vietnamese name is Nguyen Huu Nghia.
2. Kim Hak, citizen of South Korea, currently residing in Vietnam. His Vietnamese name is Ho Minh Hoang.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and those named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
