THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decision No. 1349/BTM/QD dated November 7, 1998, of the Minister of Trade on the establishment of the Quota Textile and Garment Tendering Council;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1405/1998/QD/BTM dated November 17, 1998, of the Minister of Trade on the issuance of the Tendering Regulation for quota textile and garment exports to markets with quota regulations;
At the proposal of the Quota Textile and Garment Tendering Council;

Article 1Amend the Tendering Regulation for quota textile and garment exports to markets with quota regulations issued together with Decision No. 1405/1998/QD/BTM dated November 17, 1998, of the Ministry of Trade, as follows:
- Article 4, Clause 4.3: delete Point 6 "submitting a tender deposit as prescribed."
- Article 5, Clause 5.1: delete the phrase "... accompanied by evidence of payment of the tender deposit."
- Article 7, Clause 7.3: delete the phrase "The enterprises winning the tender... tender deposit."
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3: The Chairman of the Quota Textile and Garment Tendering Council, the Director of the Office, the Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department and the Import-Export Department, and the participating enterprises shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
