on certain measures and policies for developing dairy cattle farming
in Vietnam during the period 2001-2010

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the requirements for developing dairy cattle farming in provinces and centrally governed cities,
DECISION:
Article 1. Provinces not specified in Article 2 Clause 1 of Decision No. 167/2001/QĐ-TTg dated October 26, 2001, Decision No. 181/2001/QĐ-TTg dated November 19, 2001, and Decision No. 26/2002/QĐ-TTg dated February 5, 2002 of the Government, if they have the necessary conditions to develop effective dairy cattle farming, they shall be entitled to the policies stipulated in Decision No. 167/2001/QĐ-TTg dated October 26, 2001 of the Government on certain measures and policies for developing dairy cattle farming in Vietnam during the period 2001-2010.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment, Industry, Finance, Trade, Science, Technology and Environment, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Director General of the Land Administration General Department, the General Director of the Development Support Fund, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
