THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to the Memorandum No. 1125/TTr-UB dated August 24, 2004 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province and the dossier of the relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL RELIC ANCIENT CITY LAKE XA HOA DINH DONG, PHU HOA DISTRICT, PHU YEN PROVINCE
HOA, PROVINCE OF PHU YEN
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the archaeological relic Ancient City Lake within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Phu Yen Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
