Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality and Goods;
Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2008/ND-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Prime Minister hereby promulgates these Regulations on Coordination for Quality Inspection of Products and Goods together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from June 7, 2010.
Article 3. The Minister of Science and Technology is responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
