CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROGRAM FOR KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW; AND GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
BASED ON THE MINUTES OF THE REVIEW BOARD FOR THE CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROGRAM FOR KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS AT THE MEETING ON DECEMBER 29, 2010;
At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECIDES:
Article 1. TO ISSUE THE CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROGRAM FOR KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 30, 2011. ANY PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE TEACHERS’ AFFAIRS AND MANAGEMENT STAFF UNITS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, HEADS OF TEACHER TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
