ON THE CONTINUATION OF THE TRIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NOTARY INSTITUTION

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10;
BASED ON THE CONSIDERATION OF REPORT NO. 299/BC-CP dated October 23, 2012 of the Government on the summary of the trial implementation of the notary institution pursuant to Resolution No. 24/2008/QH12 dated November 14, 2006 of the National Assembly on the enforcement of the Civil Enforcement Law and the Proposal No. 298/TTr-CP dated October 23, 2012 of the Government on the continuation of the trial implementation of the notary institution; the Audit Report No. 928/BC-UBTP13 dated October 25, 2012 of the Committee for Judicial Affairs of the National Assembly and the opinions of the National Assembly deputies.
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
THE GOVERNMENT IS DIRECTED TO CONTINUE ORGANIZING THE TRIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NOTARY INSTITUTION IN SOME PROVINCES AND CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES ACCORDING TO RESOLUTION NO. 24/2008/QH12 UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2015 AND TO CONDUCT A SUMMARY AND EVALUATION OF THE TRIAL IMPLEMENTATION RESULTS TO REPORT TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AT THE END OF THE 2015 SESSION.
Article 2.
THE GOVERNMENT SHALL SPECIFY IN DETAIL AND ORGANIZE THE TRIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NOTARY INSTITUTION. NOTARY ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED AND OPERATED ACCORDING TO RESOLUTION NO. 24/2008/QH12 SHALL CONTINUE OPERATING FROM JULY 1, 2012 UNTIL THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ISSUES A NEW DECISION.
Article 3.
THE GOVERNMENT, THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT, AND THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING AND GUIDING THE ENFORCEMENT OF THIS RESOLUTION WITHIN THEIR RESPECTIVE DUTIES AND POWERS. THIS RESOLUTION WAS APPROVED BY THE FOURTH SESSION OF THE THIRTEENTH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM ON NOVEMBER 23, 2012.
