Circular No. 36/2017/TT-BYT regarding the revocation of Circular No. 03/2017/TT-BYT dated March 22, 2017, issued by the Minister of Health on the issuance of National Technical Regulation QCVN 5-1:2017/BYT for liquid milk products.

 CIRCULAR

DECREE-LAW TO REPEAL DECREE-LAW NUMBER 03/2017/TT-BYT OF MARCH 22, 2017 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION QCVN 5-1:2017/BYT FOR LIQUID DAIRY PRODUCTS

WHEREAS, Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts No. 80/2015/QH13 dated June 22, 2015;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 20, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

The Minister of Health hereby issues this Circular to repeal Circular No. 03/2017/TT-BYT dated March 22, 2017 issued by the Minister of Health regarding the adoption of National Technical Regulation QCVN 5-1:2017/BYT for liquid dairy products.

At the proposal of the Director of the Food Safety Administration;

Repeal entirely Circular No. 03/2017/TT-BYT dated March 22, 2017 issued by the Minister of Health regarding the adoption of National Technical Regulation QCVN 5-1:2017/BYT for liquid dairy products.

This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.

This Circular shall take effect from November 1, 2017.

Article 2. Effective Date

The Director of the Food Safety Administration, the Head of the Legal Department, heads of units under the Ministry of Health, units directly under the Ministry of Health; Directors of Health Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Director of the Food Safety Agency, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the heads of units under the Ministry of Health, units directly under the Ministry of Health; the Directors of Health Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
