REGARDING THE ALLOCATION OF UNION FUNDS.
Respected: - Ministries, Committees, and Government Agencies under the Central Government.
- Party Organs, Mass Organizations, and People's Associations at the Central Level.
- Provincial People's Committees and Municipalities Directly Under the Central Government.
- Departments of Finance, Taxation Bureaus, and Trade Unions in Provinces and Municipalities Directly Under the Central Government.

Pending a decision by the Prime Minister on new levels for allocating union funds to ensure sufficient funding for trade unions' operations and timely guidance for all levels of trade unions to develop their 1997 budget plans; after reaching an agreement with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ministry of Finance hereby informs as follows:
