DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT

Regarding the renaming of communes and towns and the establishment of communes under Mang Yang district, Gia Lai province

and the division of Mang Yang district into two districts Dak Doa and MangYang.

 

THE GOVERNMENT

WHEREAS EDUCATION Education Law Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Considering the proposal pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province and the Ministry Article 1. Establish the Phu Yen Regional Television Station under the Vietnam Television. - This Decision hereby promulgates the Regulation on the organization and operation of National Universities attached hereto. of Government,

 

DECREE:

Article 1. Now, the renaming of communes and towns and the establishment of communes under Mang Yang district shall be as follows:

1. Rename commune Dak Doa under Mang Yang district to commune Dak So Mei.

2. Rename town Mang Yang under Mang Yang district to town Dak Doa.

3. Establish commune Dak Djrang based on 1,564 hectares of natural area and 1,083 population from commune Kdang; 3,158.7 hectares of natural area and 1,824 population from commune Dak Ya.

Commune Dak Djrang has 4,722.7 hectares of natural area and 2,907 population.

Administrative boundaries of commune Dak Djrang: East borders town Kon Dong and commune Dak Ya; West borders commune Kdang; South borders commune Lo Pang; North borders commune Kdang and town Kon Dong.

After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:

Commune Kdang has 7,501.6 hectares of natural area and 6,810 population.

Commune Dak Ya has 3,896 hectares of natural area and 3,461 population.

Article 2. Divide Mang Yang district into two districts Dak Doa and Mang Yang

District Dak Doa has 98,041.3 hectares of natural area and 74,394 population, comprising 15 administrative units which are communes: Ha Dong, Dak So Mei, Ha Bau, Nam Yang, Kon Gang, Hai Yang, Hneng, Tan Binh, Kdang, Glar, Trang, Adok, Ia Pet, Ia Bang and town Dak Doa.

Administrative boundaries of district Dak Doa: East borders district Kbang and new district Mang Yang; West borders district Chu Pah, Pleiku city and district Chu Prong; South borders district Chu Se and new district Mang Yang; North borders Kon Tum province.

New district Mang Yang has 112,606.7 hectares of natural area and 36,746 population, comprising 10 administrative units which are communes: Ayun, Dak Ya, Hra, Lo Pang, Kon Thup, De Ar, Dak Troi, Kon Chiang, Dak Djrang and town Kon Dong.

Article 3. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.

Article 4. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province, the Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadre Department of the Government, and heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
