Regarding the amendment of Circular No. 111/1999/TT-BTC dated September 17, 1999
guiding the implementation of financial regulations for the State Bank of Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 100/1998/NĐ-CP dated December 10, 1998 of the Government on the financial regime of the State Bank of Vietnam, to be consistent with the actual operations of the State Bank of Vietnam,
The Ministry of Finance guides the amendment of Circular No. 111/1999/TT-BTC dated September 17, 1999, guiding the implementation of financial regulations for the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:
Point 2.7.d Part B Section III concerning expenditures on purchasing labor tools at Circular No. 111/1999/TT-BTC shall be amended as follows: "The total annual expenditure on purchasing labor tools of the State Bank of Vietnam calculated based on the average number of employees of the State Bank of Vietnam per year shall not exceed VND 4,400,000 per person per year."
This Circular shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall apply from the fiscal year 2004.
