DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law promulgated by the President's Decree No. 07/2001/L-CTN dated July 12, 2001;
Pursuant to the Governmental Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 stipulating the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are the Industry Standards:
"Highway directional signs"Registration number: 22 TCN 331 - 05"
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, and the heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
