DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Regarding the issuance of "Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Urban Drainage Systems"

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 31/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2005 of the Government on the production and supply of urban public goods and services;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Economic Finance and the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics,

DECISION:

Article 1. The "Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Urban Drainage Systems" is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This "Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Urban Drainage Systems" shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and serve as the basis for determining the budget estimates prices for maintaining urban drainage systems in provinces and centrally governed cities.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Urban Drainage Systems issued pursuant to this Decision shall replace the Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Urban Drainage Systems previously agreed upon and issued by the Minister of Construction through the following Decisions: Decision No. 188/BXD-VKT dated August 2, 1995 on Temporary Standard Budget Estimates for Maintenance and Repair of Urban Drainage Systems in Ho Chi Minh City; Decision No. 1027/QD-BXD dated October 21, 1998 on Temporary Standard Budget Estimates for Maintenance and Repair of Urban Parks, Drainage, and Urban Sanitation in Can Tho City; Decision No. 1485/QD-BXD dated November 24, 1999 on Certain Sets of Standard Budget Estimates for Urban Specialized Services in Hanoi City; Decision No. 1558/QD-BXD dated September 20, 2001 on Standard Budget Estimates for Urban Specialized Services in Vinh Long Province; Decision No. 826/QD-BXD dated May 16, 2001 on Standard Budget Estimates for Drainage System Cleaning in Hai Phong City; Decision No. 678/QD-BXD dated May 30, 2002 on Standard Budget Estimates for Urban Drainage and Park Services in Nam Dinh City; Decision No. 998/QD-BXD dated July 30, 2002 on Standard Budget Estimates for Urban Drainage and Park Services in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.

Article 4. Provincial People's Committees and relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
