Issuing the Tariff for Quality Testing of Telecommunication Services

MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 201/CP dated May 26, 1981 of the Council of Ministers on managing economic and technical norms;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Tariff for Quality Testing of Telecommunication Services is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This tariff serves as the basis for preparing budgets, auditing, and settling accounts for quality testing activities of telecommunication services.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Department of Planning and Finance, Bureau of Postal and Telecommunication Quality Management and Information Technology, Directors of telecommunication and Internet enterprises, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
