Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE JRAI LANGUAGE CURRICULUM FOR TRAINING TEACHERS TO TEACH JRAI LANGUAGE FOR OFFICIALS AND CIVIL SERVANTS WORKING IN ETHNIC REGIONS AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE JRAI LANGUAGE CURRICULUM ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE THE BASIS FOR COMPILING TEXTBOOKS AND DOCUMENTS FOR TRAINING TEACHERS TO TEACH JRAI LANGUAGE FOR OFFICIALS AND CIVIL SERVANTS WORKING IN ETHNIC REGIONS AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LIFELONG EDUCATION, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING BOARDS, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
