ISSUING REGULATIONS ON SUBJECT ROOMS

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/ND-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decision No. 07/2007/QD-BGDDT dated April 2, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter for Secondary Schools, High Schools, and Multi-grade Schools;

At the proposal of the Director of the Secondary Education Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON SUBJECT ROOMS.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 32/2004/QD-BGDDT dated September 24, 2004 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on Recognizing Subject Rooms in Secondary Schools Meeting National Standards.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Secondary Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
