Issuing the Management Regulation for National Agricultural Extension Programs and Projects,

Fisheries Extension Programs and Projects

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 56/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 26, 2005 of the Government on agricultural extension and fisheries extension;

Pursuant to Circular Joint Circular No. 30/2006/TTLT-BTC-BNN&PTNT-BTS dated April 6, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Ministry of Fisheries guiding the management and use of state budget funds for agricultural extension and fisheries extension activities;

At the proposal of the Heads of the Departments of Science, Technology and Environment, Finance,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Management Regulation for National Agricultural Extension Programs and Projects, Fisheries Extension Programs and Projects is hereby issued along with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, replacing Decision No. 75/2007/QD-BNN dated August 17, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on Issuing the Management Regulation for National Agricultural Extension Programs and Projects.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Finance Department, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
