DECISION

Issuing the List of Rare Medicines for Treatment Purposes

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to the Medicine Law No. 34/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decision No. 151/2007/QĐTTg dated September 12, 2007 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on importing medicines without registration numbers in Vietnam;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medicine Management,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision: "List of Rare Medicines for Treatment Purposes".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Department of Medicine Management, heads of subordinate units under the Ministry, Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally-administered cities, and health sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
