Issuing the List of Toponyms, Topographic, Hydrographic, and Socio-Economic Names for the Purpose of Establishing Maps of Tay Ninh Province

to serve the establishment of the map of Thai Nguyen province

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM SURVEYING AND MAPPING AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates the List of place names of residential areas, topography, hydrology, and socio-economy to serve the establishment of the map of Thai Nguyen province,

Article 1. The List of place names of residential areas, topography, hydrology, and socio-economy to serve the establishment of the map of Thai Nguyen province is promulgated along with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 15, 2013.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
