Supplementing the List of Priority Investment Industries and Businesses issued together with
Decree No. 118/2015/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2015 of the Government
detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Investment Law

||| Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015;
On the basis of the Investment Law dated November 26, 2014;
Pursuant to the Law on Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises dated June 12, 2017;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
The Government promulgates Decree supplementing the List of Priority Investment Industries and Businesses issued together with Decree No. 118/2015/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2015 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Investment Law.
Article 1. Supplement Clause 2 to Section V Part B Appendix I on the List of Priority Investment Industries and Businesses issued together with Decree No. 118/2015/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2015 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Investment Law as follows:
"2. Investment activities in accordance with the Law on Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises; including:
a) Investment in chain distribution of products of small and medium-sized enterprises;
b) Investment in business incubators for small and medium-sized enterprises;
c) Investment in technical support facilities for small and medium-sized enterprises;
Article 2. Effectiveness and Implementation
d) Investment in shared working spaces for innovative startups of small and medium-sized enterprises."
1. This Decree shall take effect from May 15, 2020.
