CIRCULAR
Threepromulgates the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Primary Education
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the request of the Director of the Infrastructure Department and the Director of the Primary Education Department;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to promulgate the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Primary Education.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Primary Education, including: Vietnamese Language, Mathematics, Foreign Languages, Morality, Natural and Social Sciences, History and Geography, Science, Information Technology, Technology, Physical Education, Art (Music, Fine Arts), Experiential Activities, and Common Equipment.
Article 2. Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Primary Education attached to this Circular, Departments of Education and Training are responsible for directing the procurement, maintenance, and use of equipment serving teaching at primary schools.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2022.
1. This Circular replaces Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BGDĐT dated April 5, 2019, issued by the Minister of Education and Training regarding the promulgation of the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 1 and Circular No. 43/2020/TT-BGDĐT dated November 3, 2020, issued by the Minister of Education and Training regarding the promulgation of the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade
2. This Circular replaces Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated July 16, 2009, issued by the Minister of Education and Training regarding the promulgation of the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Primary Education according to the following schedule:
a) Replacing the list of equipment for Grade 3 from the 2022-2023 academic year;
b) Replacing the list of equipment for Grade 4 from the 2023-2024 academic year;
c) Replacing the list of equipment for Grade 5 from the 2024-2025 academic year.
3. All previous regulations that conflict with the provisions of this Circular are hereby abolished.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Infrastructure Department, the Director of the Primary Education Department, and the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Directors of Departments of Education, Science, and Technology of Bac Lieu Province; and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
