At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment;

Attached to this Circular are National Technical Regulations on Safety for Industrial Explosive Material Products - Industrial Slow-Burning Wire.

Article 1. Issuance of the National Technical Regulation

Designation: QCVN 12-30:2024/BCT.

This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2025, and replaces Circular No. 18/2015/TT-BCT dated June 22, 2015, issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on National Technical Regulations on Industrial Slow-Burning Wire.

Article 2. Effective Date

The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Departments of Industrial Safety and Environment, Chemicals; Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Directors of Provincial and Municipal Departments of Industry and Trade under the Central Government; Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
