Pursuant to the Law on Bidding 2023, amended and supplemented in 2024 and 2025;

1. Replacing the phrase "Prevention of HIV/AIDS Department" and the phrase "Preventive Medicine Department" at Point a and Point c Clause 1 Article 7, Article 23 with the phrase "Disease Control Department".
2. Amending and supplementing information on medicine with serial number 3 and 4 in Section C Part II Appendix I promulgated together with Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BYT dated May 14, 2024 as follows:
