CIRCULAR

Issuing a list of specific professions, in the fields of art and sports BASED ON THE Vocation Education Law No. 124/2025/QH1

BASED ON DECREE NO. 37/2025/NĐ-CP DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2025 OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATING THE FUNCTION, MISSION, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE Vocation Education and General Secondary Education Directorate5;

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES;

A list of specific professions in the fields of art and sports.;

ARTICLE 1. Attached to this Circular is a list of specific professions in the fields of art and sports. ARTICLE 2. This Circular takes effect from April 29, 2026, ARTICLE 3. Ministries, agencies at the same level as ministries, agencies under the Government, people's committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, in accordance with the list of professions in vocational education; principles and criteria specified in the Annex to this Circular; manpower needs; practical training organization; and difficulties and issues arising during implementation, shall be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the list of specific professions in the fields of art and sports; propose additions or adjustments to the list, submit them to the Ministry of Education and Training for consolidation, examination, and decision-making within their authority.
