WHEREAS, THE LAW ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS REGULATING ADMINISTRATIVE ACTS OF NOVEMBER 12, 1996, AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS REGULATING ADMINISTRATIVE ACTS OF DECEMBER 16, 2002;
WHEREAS, GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 104/2004/ND-CP OF MARCH 23, 2004 ON THE NATIONAL GAZETTE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM;

CORRECTING ERRORS IN CERTAIN CLASSIFICATION TABLES FOR STATISTICAL PURPOSES IN THE FIELDS OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ISSUED WITH DECISION NO. 12/2008/QD-BKHCN DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DUE TO TYPOGRAPHICAL MISTAKES IN THE PRINTED VERSION (DETAILS AS ATTACHED ANNEX).
THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE DIRECTORS OF THE NATIONAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION CENTER, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, BODIES, AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
