THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of Decision No. 76 NN-TCCB/QĐ dated January 23, 1996 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the merger of certain units to form the Da Nang Wood Production and Import-Export Company under the Vietnam Timber Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Timber Corporation at Circular No. 482 TCT/TCLĐ/CV dated March 30, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,

Article 1. - Add business activities for the Da Nang Wood Production and Import-Export Company under the Vietnam Timber Corporation:
- Logging, transportation of wood and forest products
- Foreign trade shipping services
Article 2. - The General Director of the Da Nang Wood Production and Import-Export Company is responsible for re-registering the additional production and business activities according to current regulations.
Article 3. - This decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of issuance.
Article 4. - The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the General Director of the Vietnam Timber Corporation, and the General Director of the Da Nang Wood Production and Import-Export Company are responsible for implementing this decision./.
