THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 203/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on the minimum wage;

Based on the technical procedures and regulations issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding forest planting, enclosure and promotion of forest regeneration;

Considering the current forestry production conditions;

At the proposal of the Director of the Forest Management Department;

Pursuant to …;:

Article 1: NOW ISSUES HEREBY WITH THIS DECISION the "Economic and Technical Standards for Forest Planting, Enclosure and Promotion of Forest Regeneration, and Forest Protection".

Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Decision No. 532/VKT dated July 15, 1988 of the Ministry of Forestry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) temporarily issuing economic and technical standards for forest planting and Decision No. 426/KLND dated November 16, 1991 of the Ministry of Forestry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) temporarily issuing economic and technical standards for protective forest construction are hereby repealed.

Article 3: The Director of the Office, the Director of the Forest Service, the Heads of Departments and Units related, and the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
