DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Regarding the issuance of "Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Public Lighting Systems"
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 31/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2005 of the Government on the production and supply of urban public utility products and services;
At the proposal of the Director of the Economic and Finance Department and the President of the Institute of Construction Economics,
DECISION:
Article 1. The "Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Public Lighting Systems" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. These "Standard Budget Estimates for Maintaining Public Lighting Systems" shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and serve as the basis for determining the budget price of services for maintaining public lighting systems in provinces and centrally governed cities.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 37/1999/QĐ-BXD dated November 24, 1999 of the Minister of Construction issuing "Standard Budget Estimates for Installing and Maintaining Urban Lighting Systems."
Article 4. Provincial People's Committees and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
