Issuing the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Physics, Chemistry, Biology,

Computer Science and Foreign Languages - Specialized High Schools

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Regulations and Standards;

Pursuant to Decision No. 16/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the General Secondary Education Program;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of School Infrastructure and Educational Equipment, Children's Toys; the Head of the Secondary Education Department; the Head of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. This Circular hereby issues the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for specialized high schools, including:

1. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Physics;

2. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Chemistry;

3. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Biology;

4. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Computer Science and Foreign Languages.

Article 2. Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment issued together with this Circular, departments of education and training shall be responsible for directing the procurement of teaching equipment for specialized subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and Foreign Languages to ensure suitability for each school's conditions, organizing training, guiding usage and maintenance of equipment to serve teaching at specialized high schools.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from October 13, 2011.

Article 4. The Director of the Office; the Director of the Department of School Infrastructure and Educational Equipment, Children's Toys; the Head of the Planning and Finance Department; the Head of the Secondary Education Department; the Head of the Science, Technology and Environment Department; heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training and directors of departments of education and training are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
