Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment;

The Prime Minister promulgates this Decision amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 2 of the Operation Regulations of the Dung Quat Economic Zone, Quang Ngai Province issued together with Decision No. 25/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister,

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 2 of the Operation Regulations of the Dung Quat Economic Zone, Quang Ngai Province issued together with Decision No. 25/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister as follows:

"2. The Dung Quat Economic Zone has a total area of approximately 45,332 hectares, including: An existing economic zone area of 10,300 hectares, an expanded area of about 24,280 hectares, and approximately 10,752 hectares of sea surface area. The boundary of the Dung Quat Economic Zone is defined in Decision No. 124/QĐ-TTg dated January 20, 2011 of

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 1, 2012.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, and related agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
