BIMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS Decision No. 64/2013/QH13 dated November 28, 2013 of the National Assembly stipulates certain points for the implementation of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam;

WHEREAS Decision No. 718/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated January 2, 2014 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly promulgates the Plan for the Organization and Enforcement of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 55/NQ-UBTVQH10 dated August 30, 1998 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the issuance of the Regulations on the Implementation of Democracy in the Activities of Agencies;policiesWHEREAS Decision No. 251/QD-TTg dated February 13, 2014 of the Prime Minister promulgates the Government's Plan for the Organization and Enforcement of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam;

WHEREAS Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure

THIS DECISION ATTACHES THE PLAN FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT., amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CP issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, Directors of General Departments, Department Heads under the Ministry, Heads of the Legal Affairs Department, Financial Affairs Department, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the General Department Directors, the Bureau Directors under the Ministry, the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Finance Department, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
