Decision No. 384/QD-TTg On changing members of the Council for Promoting Small and Medium Enterprises Development

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

On the basis of Decree No. 90/2001/NĐ-CP dated November 23, 2001 of the Government on assistance for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment (Circular No. 2315/BKH-PTDN dated April 8, 2005),

DECISION:

Article 1. The following changes are made to some members of the Council to encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises:

Appointing the replacement members from ministries and sectors including:

- Mr. Phạm Vũ Luận, Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

- Mr. Hoàng Thế Liên, Deputy Minister of Justice.

- Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tín, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

- Mr. Trần Văn Hiếu, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City.

- Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Hiên, Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.

- Mr. Triệu Đình Phúc, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City.

When there is a change in personnel, the Chairman of the Council to Encourage the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises shall decide based on the opinions of the recommending agencies.- Other members from ministries and sectors shall continue to perform according to Decision No. 12/2003/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2003 of the Prime Minister.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government, and members of the Council are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and members of the Council are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
