Regarding the public announcement of the state budget estimate figures for 2008

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 192/2004/QD-TTg dated November 16, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Financial Disclosure Regulations applicable to various levels of the state budget, budgetary units, organizations supported by the state budget, basic construction investment projects using state budget funds, state-owned enterprises, funds sourced from the state budget, and funds from people's contributions;

Pursuant to Circular No. 03/2005/TT-BTC dated January 6, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of financial disclosure regulations for various levels of the state budget and the reporting system on the implementation of financial disclosure;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 08/2007/QH12 dated November 12, 2007 of the National Assembly on the state budget estimate for 2008;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 09/2007/QH12 dated November 14, 2007 of the National Assembly on the allocation of the central government budget for 2008;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1569/QD-TTg dated November 19, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the allocation of the state budget estimate for 2008.

At the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department,

DECISION:

Article 1: Publicly announce the state budget estimate figures for 2008 (as attached tables).

Article 2This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3THE MINISTRY'S CHIEF OF STAFF, THE DIRECTOR OF THE STATE BUDGET DEPARTMENT AND THE RELATED DEPARTMENTS, COUNCILS, AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE SHALL IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION./.
