Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 720/GTVT dated March 13, 1999),

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision Fee Schedule for using national highway 14 km 352 - km 402 section Buon Ma Thua - Buon
Article 2. Object to collect, organization of collection, payment and management use of fees for using national highway 14 section Buon Ma Thua - Buon Ho shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the fee system for bridges and roads managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance and Circular No. 05/1999/TT/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3 of Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT/BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from April 15, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees for national highway 14 section Buon Ma Thua - Buon Ho and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
