Pursuant to Decree No. 38/1998/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 1998 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Thrift and Anti-Waste promulgated together with Presidential Decree No. 02/CTN dated March 9, 1998:
Pursuant to the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government and Decree No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000 of the Government amending certain articles of Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP.

Article 1. The set "Budgetary Standards for Urban Environment (Part: Production and Maintenance of Urban Greenery)" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The aforementioned budgetary standards shall serve as the basis for planning, establishing unit prices, preparing volume estimates for urban greenery production and maintenance work, and shall be uniformly applicable throughout the country from January 1, 2003, replacing existing budgetary standards for urban greenery production and maintenance that have been issued.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision.
