THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to Circular No. 12/2002/TT-BCA(A11) issued by the Minister of Public Security guiding the implementation of Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated February 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets;
Pursuant to Decision No. 64/2004/QĐ-TTg dated April 19, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the list of state secrets at Top Secret and Confidential levels in the field of science and technology;
Pursuant to Decision No. 409/2004/QĐ-BCA(A11) dated June 5, 2004 of the Minister of Public Security on the list of state secrets at Secret level in the field of science and technology;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulation on Protecting State Secrets of the Ministry of Science and Technology."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Heads of units, organizations, and individuals associated with units under the Ministry of Science and Technology are responsible for implementing this Decision.
