DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Regarding the issuance of "Construction Cost Estimation Standards - Electrical Testing Section for Power Lines and Substations"

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Construction Law No. 16/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly, 11th term, fourth session of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 on Management of Investment Construction Projects;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Based on the proposal of the Ministry of Industry in Circular No. 1346/CV-NLDK dated March 18, 2005, Circular No. 1719/CV-NLDK dated April 4, 2005 regarding agreement on electrical testing standards for power lines and substations; Circular No. 4848/CV-EVN-KTDT dated September 21, 2005 of the Vietnam Electricity Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Economic and Finance Department, the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are "Construction Cost Estimation Standards - Electrical Testing Section for Power Lines and Substations".
Article 2. These "Construction Cost Estimation Standards - Electrical Testing Section for Power Lines and Substations" replace the previously agreed upon and issued electrical testing cost estimation standards for power lines and substations by the Ministry of Construction for relevant sectors and ministries.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
These "Construction Cost Estimation Standards - Electrical Testing Section for Power Lines and Substations" shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and serve as the basis for provinces and centrally governed cities to establish unit price lists for electrical testing of power lines and substations, which will be used for preparing construction project estimates, total construction project estimates, and managing construction costs.
Article 4. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
