NATIONAL TRADE PROMOTION PROGRAM FOR 2007

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Pursuant to Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010;

At the proposal of the Chairman of the Program Review Board,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the supplementary National Trade Promotion Program for 2007, which is the main responsible unit under the Appendix attached to this Decision.

Article 2. The Trade Promotion Agency shall be responsible for implementing approved projects in accordance with the objectives, contents, schedules, ensuring effectiveness, and creating conditions for businesses of all economic sectors participating in approved projects and mobilizing business contributions in accordance with current regulations.

Article 3. The Trade Promotion Agency shall be responsible for implementing reporting and settlement procedures for program implementation in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010 issued together with Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister.

Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 5. The Director of the Trade Promotion Agency is responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
