Issuing Economic and Technical Norms for Meteorological and Hydrological Data Work

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Meteorological and Hydrological Works dated December 2, 1994;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE NATIONAL METEOROLOGICAL HYDROLOGICAL CENTER, THE DIRECTOR OF THE METEOROLOGICAL HYDROLOGICAL AND CLIMATE CHANGE DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to issue Economic and Technical Norms for Meteorological and Hydrological Data Work.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates Economic and Technical Norms for Meteorological and Hydrological Data Work.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 15, 2013.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Heads of Units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

ANY DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED DURING IMPLEMENTATION SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT FOR TIMELY REVIEW AND RESOLUTION./.
