CIRCULAR
Issuing the National Technical Regulations on Rules for Classification and Construction of Inland Waterway Vessels – Revised Edition 2:2018 QCVN 72:2013/GTVT

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Ship Inspection Corporation.
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on issuing the National Technical Regulations on Rules for Classification and Construction of Inland Waterway Vessels – Revised Edition 2:2018 QCVN 72:2013/GTVT.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the National Technical Regulations on Rules for Classification and Construction of Inland Waterway Vessels – Revised Edition 2:2018 QCVN 72:2013/GTVT.
Registration number: Revised Edition 2:2018 QCVN 72:2013/GTVT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 31, 2019.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Ship Inspection Corporation, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
