Issuing the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Secondary Schools

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Infrastructure and the Head of the Secondary Education Department;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Secondary General Education.At the request of the Inspectorate of thebị dạy học tinNo.họcdevelopmentợp cấp Trung học ph, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CP thông.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Secondary General Education, including: Language and Literature; Mathematics; Foreign Languages; Physical Education; History; Geography; Economic and Legal Education; Physics; Chemistry; Biology; Technology; Information Technology; Music; Fine Arts; Experiential Activities, Vocational Guidance, and Common Equipment.

Article 2. Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Secondary General Education attached to this Circular, the Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for directing the procurement, maintenance, and use of equipment serving teaching at secondary general education schools.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2022.

1. This Circular replaces Circular No. 01/2010/TT-BGDĐT dated January 18, 2010, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Secondary General Education. The replacement of the minimum list of teaching equipment will be implemented according to the schedule for the implementation of the General Education Program 2018.

2. Any previous regulations that conflict with the provisions of this Circular are hereby abolished.

Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry of Education and Training's Office, the Department of Infrastructure, the Secondary Education Department, and related units; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Education and Training; Director of the Department of Education, Science, and Technology of Bac Lieu Province; and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for enforcing this Circular./.
