Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular on the issuance of National Technical Regulations on safety for explosion-proof lighting fixtures up to 220V used in underground mines.
Article 1. Issuance of the National Technical Regulation
Accompanying this Circular are National Technical Regulations on safety for explosion-proof lighting fixtures up to 220V used in underground mines.
Code: QCVN 24:2024/BCT.
Article 2. Effectiveness and Implementation
1. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2025.
2. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Safety and Environmental Protection, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
