THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 204/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on the Salary System for Civil Servants, Public Officials, and Military Personnel;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005, issued by the Government Office guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004, of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam concerning the activities of the Official Gazette at the central level;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Salary Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Correcting the new salary coefficient 2.78 (step 8) to the new salary coefficient 2.76 for the market control officer rank at Section V of the Joint Circular No. 81/2005/TTLT/BNV-BTC dated August 10, 2005, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of the transition from old salaries to new salaries for certain ranks of civil servants and public officials newly added or changed in classification within the Water Resources, Education and Training, Culture and Information, Health, and Market Management sectors due to errors in printing and distribution.
Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Salary Department, the Heads of the Departments under the Ministry, the Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry, the Heads of agencies and units, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
