PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security (Proposal No. 19/BCA (X15) dated March 3, 2008) and the Head of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 364/TTr-BTĐKT dated April 1, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award commendations from the Prime Minister to six individuals under the Ministry of Public Security (attached list), who have achieved notable results in combat and support services, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Minister of Public Security, the Head of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
