Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2002/QĐ-TTg dated April 26, 2002 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and state-owned corporations;
BASED ON THE DIRECTIVE NO. 01/2003/CT-TTg OF JANUARY 16, 2003, ISSUED BY THE PRIME MINISTER ON CONTINUING TO STRENGTHEN THE REORGANIZATION, MODERNIZATION, DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STATE ENTERPRISES;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE AT DOCUMENTS NO. 2466/UB, NO. 413/UB, NO. 434/UB, NO. 452/UB, AND NO. 617/UB; AND THE OPINIONS OF THE MINISTRIES OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT, FINANCE, LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS.
DECISION:
Article 1. APPROVING THE OVERALL PLAN FOR THE REORGANIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF STATE ENTERPRISES IN THE PERIOD 2003-2005 BY THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE AS ATTACHED.
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REORGANIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF SUBORDINATE STATE ENTERPRISES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTENT AND SCHEDULE APPROVED. ANY AMENDMENTS OR SUPPLEMENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE PRIME MINISTER.
Article 3. THE MINISTRIES OF FINANCE, PLANNING AND INVESTMENT, INTERNAL AFFAIRS, LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, AND OTHER RELATED MINISTRIES AND LOCALITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COOPERATING WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHÁNH HOÀ PROVINCE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS.
