Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Energy and Oil and Gas Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending Decision No. 37/2005/QD-BCN dated November 25, 2005 of the Minister of Industry on the issuance of the Regulations on the Preservation and Cancellation of Oil and Gas Wells published in Official Gazette No. 15+16 dated December 14, 2005.
