Issuing the List of Plant Quarantine Objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Pursuant to the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine 2013;

Pursuant to Decree No. 105/2022/NĐ-CP dated December 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular on the List of Plant Quarantine Objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of Plant Quarantine Objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular takes effect from September 29, 2023.

2. Circular No. 35/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 31, 2014 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the List of Plant Quarantine Objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam shall be repealed from the date this Circular takes effect.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, it is requested that agencies, organizations, and individuals promptly report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (through the Plant Protection Department) for review and amendment./.
