OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO. 4/NQ-TVQH
AUGUST 29, 1960
Pursuant to Article 53 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the results of the state's education and rehabilitation policy for prisoners;
At the proposal of the Council of Ministers,
RESOLVES:
To grant amnesty to ordinary criminal offenders (excluding crimes such as ruffianism, murder, robbery) who have served a period of imprisonment and have genuinely reformed.
